New Excercise Opportunities for Porters Lake!

Porters Lake Community Centre is offering new excercise opportunities for 2012!

starting the week of Jan 9th and running for 6 weeks at a time with Lori Taylor-Certified Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor, Zumba and Zumbatomic instructor, with 15 years experience in the industry.
Sunday at 8 pm and Wednesday at 7:30pm- Get Fit Classes- classes are different each time; but, are full body work-outs, using your own body weight, interval training between cardio and strength…lots of levels given for each of the exercises…

Tuesday 7:30 pm-8:30 pm- Zumba $48 for 6 weeks ($8 drop in also offered)

Thursday morning Zumba- TBA

Lisa Bayers is offering a Fit Mix class starting up again on Monday Jan 9 5:30am-6:30am but only running on Mondays and Wednesday mornings for this 8 week session ending on Feb 29.Cost $120.please contact Lisa @ 222-8802 for more info and to register.

Lorna Russell is offering Yoga Classes starting Wednesday January 18 – 6:00pm-7:15pm at the PLCC. All levels welcomed – please join me for an authenic yoga experience in the New Year consisting of short discussion, warmup, yoga flow and of course shavasana – relaxation. Lorna is also offering Yoga for Seniors for those aged 55 and over looking for a gentle yoga-exercise experience.
